Cup Maintenance Kit

This kit includes:

These are the most widely replaced parts that we recommend everyone should have on hand.

One Way Check-Valve

New improved 'duck-bill' type check valve makes it easier to replace on spray gun.

These One Way Check-Valves include the pressure tubes to prevent paint entering the spray gun from the cup.

I personally recommend that you have extra of these on hand at all times.

Cup Diaphragms

These Plastic Cup Diaphragms help prevent paint from entering the spray gun through the pressure tube.

Cup Lid Gasket

This seals the cup and the lid, and prevents the paint from dripping out.  Over time these tend to dry up and needs to be replaced.  

Must be used with plastic Diaphragms.

Comes in packages of 5 for $16.

Spray Gun Paint Strainers

Inexpensive nylon strainer fits at the end of the metal fluid tube. Durable and long-lasting. Can be soaked in thinner to clean.

Mini 3-cup Set

Complete 1/2 pint (8ozs) miniature cup assembly. Supplied with 2 extra cups and 3 heavy-duty lids equipped with gaskets.

This assembly is lightweight taking weight off the wrist. The small size allows access into confined areas such as cabinets, bookshelves etc. Cup is pressurized so spray pattern is always perfect. You will think of many uses for these cups, storing paints, stains. Quick color changes. Any type of touch-up work.

6-foot Whip Hose

Lightweight 6ft. flexible hose is highly flexible. Takes weight off the wrist and flexibility allows for effortless maneuverability of the spray gun. An added feature is that the air through the spray gun is not as hot (due to the fact the spray gun is now 6ft further from the turbine). This often alleviates problems with fast drying lacquers drying too quickly.

Fuji Turbine Gravity Feed HVLP Spray Gun

This Gravity Feed gun is a non bleeder HVLP Spray gun that is designed for using on a turbine.  Fuji's designed this highly efficient gravity feed HVLP spray gun to work with most turbines.

Fuji has developed a new spray gun to fill the rising demand for a gravity gun that can be used with any HVLP turbine. The new Gravity Spray gun has all the features of the Fuji XT gun. It is a non-bleed, meaning that air only passes through the spray gun when the trigger is pulled. The benefit is much less blowing around of shop dust and less paint buildup on the tip of the fluid nozzle. The spray gun features a stay-cool nylon handle, stainless steel fluid passages and an external needle packing adjustment. You can obtain a professional finish with all known coatings. The 9100-G comes with the new High- Efficiency #4 Aircap installed. This is the medium output size best for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more. The High-Efficiency Air cap sprays with a cleaner spray pattern resulting in less overspray than other makes.

 Because the Gravity Gun does not pressurize the cup, there are no Pressure Tubes, Check Valves, Nipples or Couplers to clog. It is very easy to clean and maintain.

 Only available with the 400cc (.85 Pint) Stainless Steel Cup. A wire stand is affixed to the base of the cup allowing the spray gun to be set down on any flat surface. However, the cup must not be more than ¾ full when using the stand. The angle of the cup can be adjusted to suit your type of spraying.

 The Fuji Gravity Spray gun is already a favorite for automotive painters, bathtub refinishers, and Cabinetmakers.

The new Fuji XT Spray Gun is non-bleed, which means that air only passes through the spray gun when the trigger is pulled.  This means less blowing around of shop dust and less paint paint buildup on the tip of the fluid nozzle.
